Soulines turntables

Soulines is a true passion project. In 2009, The founders decided to focus on both their love of music, and their technical expertise, to create something they actually enjoyed. Being both discerning music lovers and trained musicians with solid experience in recording, mixing, production and sound restoration on the one side, and trained mechanical engineers on the other, they decided to commercialise their long-time interest in tweaking, upgrading, redesigning, and restoring turntables.

They started the "tt recycled" company (turntable recycled) based in Serbia with the main intention of offering turntable upgrade services along with recycling and redesigning of older turntables. In a short period, they established themselves as turntable specialists for local clients. Along with commissioned projects, they produced a number of turntables successfully employing their own design ideas gained from these experiences. Soon, their models gained popularity among local audiophiles, winning "The Best Sound Award" at the Belgrade Hi-Files Show 2010.

Once the idea was born to create their own turntable for manufacture, they wanted it to be exceptional. The idea was to combine ‘musicality and beauty in an electro-mechanical object that plays vinyl records.’ Ease of both set-up and use were other important design factors. Back in 2011, their first turntable, the Hermes DCX was born. After extensive listening tests and great success at the 2011 Belgrade Hi-Files show, they decided to offer the Hermes DCX turntable worldwide. And so, the Soulines company was born.

They currently produce 3 models with exceptionally elegant style, all paired with the same KiVi Mk3 tonearm, and which offer excellent value for the money.
